Delivery services
All of our packages have always arrived at our customers and we’re very proud of that. Parcels are shipped by DHL Parcel. We will ship after we received your payment. We ensure that your order is being shipped safely. If you choose for a shipping method with track & trace code, then you will receive this code by e-mail automatically, after it’s being processed by DHLParcel.

Shipping costs
Our prices exclude shipping and other transaction costs. These costs will be added at the check out, based on your location and the weight of your order. Sneaker shipping costs vary between € 6 and € 20. If you’re located outside of the European Union, you may be charged by local customs. We are not responsible for these extra costs.

Delivery time
The expected delivery time may vary between countries. In Europe you usually receive your package within 1 week. There are external factors that may delay your delivery. For example customs controls or weather conditions. Please notice that we do not manage the track & trace information. Within the Netherlands you usually receive your package within two business days.
